It all begins with an idea ✨
Everything began with an idea.
Not with a grand plan, not with a childhood dream, but with an unexpected moment that changed the direction of my life.
I wasn’t one of those people who had always dreamed of seeing Venice, Rome, or Milan. I arrived in Italy almost by chance, many years ago, together with friends I had met during an English course. That is how I found myself in a mountain house, a guest of an Italian family I was meeting for the very first time.
It was an incredible autumn day, one of those that only the Dolomites can offer: yellow and red leaves, grass still green, and a deep blue sky.
Landscapes that take your breath away, your heart beating faster, a butterfly landing gently on your hand, the sound of church bells in the distance – and suddenly you understand why you are there. Everything makes sense.
I had never dreamed of living in Italy. I didn’t even know a single word in Italian, except for the ones everyone knows – ciao and pizza. And yet everything started exactly like that. A part of my heart remained here, enchanted by the warmth and hospitality of the people, the aroma of good food, and the most extraordinary gelato I had ever tasted.
Almost twenty years later I moved in Treviso, I learned the language, I built friendships, and started a profession that connects me even more deeply with this land – the homes, the stories, and the dreams of the people who already live here or wish to live here.
L’Italia da vivere was born from this very feeling: that Italy is not only a country to admire from the outside, but a place to truly experience from within.
I would like to share with you not only apartments and houses, but everything that makes life here so special: authentic and hidden corners, the aromas and flavors of the cuisine, the culture, and the beauty of everyday life.
Welcome to this journey.
I hope that here you will find inspiration – and perhaps a small part of your own idea that one day will become reality.
✨ If you have a dream or a memory connected to Italy, write to me. I would be happy to read your story and get to know you.
